RMM reports
Device inventory, patch compliance and alert history for one customer or all of them, on screen and as CSV.

RMM reports (in the RMM group of the sidebar) has three reports. Open them inside a customer for that customer only, or from All customers for every customer. CSV downloads what's on screen.
Device inventory
Every device with RevoAgent: operating system and version, manufacturer, model and serial number, processor, memory and disk size, site, RevoAgent version and last check-in. Hardware comes from RevoAgent 0.10 or later.
Patch compliance
Each device's patch state now, judged against its customer's update windows (the same verdict as the Patching pages), with its pending updates and the oldest one's age. Compliant counts up to date and within-policy devices among those that reported recently. For the period you choose, it also counts the updates each device installed and the patch runs that failed.
Alert history
The monitoring alerts that opened in the period, including those maintenance mode muted: what raised each, its severity, when it opened and resolved, how long it stayed open and its ticket. The summary shows the most frequent alerts, the devices with most alerts and the median time to resolve. A breach that recovered before it lasted long enough to open isn't counted.
A report covers at most a year.
