PSA ticketing
Connect ConnectWise PSA, Syncro, Atera or HaloPSA to create tickets from findings and import customer contacts.
Updated
Connect your PSA (service desk) to turn findings into tickets without copying and pasting, and to bring customer contacts into Revo. Owners and admins set up integrations in Settings → Integrations.
Supported PSAs
| PSA | You enter | Tickets | Contact import | Customer import and sync |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Atera | API key | Yes | No | No |
| HaloPSA | Resource server URL, authorisation server URL, tenant (hosted only), optional ticket type ID, client ID and secret | Yes | Yes | No |
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again after you save them. Test checks the connection.
Create a ticket from a finding
- Open the finding (its page, or the quick look from any list).
- Under tickets, choose your PSA.
- Revo creates the ticket with the finding's title, severity, description and remediation, and shows its number on the finding.
The AI analyst can also propose a ticket; it's created only when someone approves it (see AI approvals).
Import contacts
In a customer's Customer settings → Contacts, choose Import from PSA and pick the integration. Revo imports the contacts of the customer's company in your PSA and reports how many were new, updated or skipped (no valid email). Contacts receive client reports by schedule and their work mailboxes are included in the dark web checks (see Customer contacts).
Contact import works with ConnectWise PSA, Syncro and HaloPSA.
Removing an integration
Removing an integration in Settings → Integrations stops new tickets and imports. Tickets already created stay in your PSA, and contacts already imported stay in Revo. Every change is in the audit log.
