Link a customer's Microsoft 365 tenant

Link a tenant once with admin consent, from the customer's settings; every module uses it.

On this page

Revo reads a customer's tenant through your workspace's own Entra app (set up once in Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365). Each customer's administrator approves that app once. No passwords are stored, and the customer can remove access at any time by deleting the enterprise app in their Entra admin center.

  1. Open the customer, then Settings → Integrations.
  2. Under Microsoft 365, create a consent link and send it to the customer's Global Administrator (or open it yourself if you are one).
  3. They approve the permissions, then sign in once more so Revo can confirm they're an administrator of that tenant.

The first sync starts straight away. From then on the tenant syncs once a day, in its own hour.

Whatever modules are on, the link keeps the customer's basic directory: users with their names, addresses, enabled state, department, job title and licences; the tenant's licence pools; its verified domains (added to the customer's domains); and its mailboxes as contacts. RevoCloud adds the users' sign-in methods, roles, risk and the tenant's policies on top.

Disconnect

Disconnect on the same card removes the link for every module. To revoke access completely, the customer also deletes the enterprise app in their tenant.
