Revo connects each outside tool once, then links it to customers.
For the workspace
Settings → Integrations (owners and admins):
- Workspace apps: the Microsoft 365 app every customer's tenant consents to, and the GitHub app for code security. See Connect Microsoft 365 and Connect GitHub.
- PSA integrations: ConnectWise PSA, Syncro, Atera and HaloPSA. See PSA ticketing and Syncro.
ThreatLocker, webhooks and API keys have their own settings pages: see Connect ThreatLocker, Webhooks and API keys and tokens.
For one customer
Customer settings → Integrations links that customer to what the workspace has connected: its Microsoft 365 tenant, its company in your PSA, and the other tools it uses.
