Revenue (Service desk group, owners and admins) answers three questions. Amounts are before tax.
- Billed: what approved billing runs billed in the last twelve months, per month and customer, split into recurring lines, time and charges. Pick a month to see its customers.
- Recurring revenue: what each active contract in force today brings in a month, with counted lines (computers, contacts, licences) at today's counts, and the total a month and a year.
- Pipeline: proposed contracts with their monthly value and the value weighted by likelihood, and estimates waiting for an answer. The headline shows how many estimates customers approved in the last year.
Each section has a CSV for a spreadsheet or your accounting system.
