Start with what the page itself says. Revo shows a reason wherever it can (a coverage gap, a skipped device, a
signal that isn't available), and that reason is usually the fastest route to a fix.
Account and access
Problem
What to do
"Confirm your email" banner; can't run assessments or create reports
Click the link in the verification email, or Resend. Until then you can look around but not scan, report, invite or deploy agents.
Lost your authenticator
Use a recovery code, or ask an admin to reset your MFA in Settings → Team. See Account security.
A page or action is missing
Your role may not include it. See Roles and permissions. Areas whose module isn't active may also be hidden: use Show inactive (see Modules).
Can't turn on patch management
Your account needs two-factor authentication on, and you must be an owner or admin.
Check the TXT record is published on the domain's own nameservers. Pending domains are re-checked automatically for 14 days. See Verify a domain.
Report shows a Coverage notice
Some checks couldn't run (a timeout, a source not enabled). Re-run the assessment; don't read "not checked" as "no issues".
Can't start a new assessment or report
You may have hit the plan's monthly assessments, or two reports are already generating. Check Settings → Billing, or wait for the current reports.
Devices
Problem
What to do
Device shows Offline or No recent data
Check the computer is on and has direct outbound HTTPS. Proxies aren't supported. See Troubleshooting devices.
Agent stopped after an update
The agent service may need starting. On Windows with ThreatLocker, check for a pending approval of the new agent hash. See Allowlist the agent.
SmartScreen warns about the installer
Expected: the Windows agent isn't Authenticode-signed yet. Use the PowerShell command or MSI through your RMM. See Install on Windows.
Device shows agent too old
Turn on automatic agent updates or use Update agent. See Device actions.
Patching and upgrades
Problem
What to do
Nothing installs
Read Patching → Status → What's blocking 100%. Common causes: patch management off for the customer, the workspace paused, updates waiting for approval, the device's local switch off, no maintenance window yet. See How patch management works.
Device skipped in a deployment
The deployment lists the reason per device (offline, agent too old, turned off locally, nothing to install, missed window). See Deployments.
On Apple silicon, only the Mac's owner or an MDM can approve macOS system updates. See macOS and Linux updates.
Microsoft 365
Problem
What to do
"Set up Microsoft 365 for your workspace first"
An owner or admin sets up the workspace app in Settings → Integrations. See Connect Microsoft 365.
"Reconnect to grant the permission"
Send the customer's administrator a new consent link from Customer settings → Integrations.
"Needs Microsoft Entra ID P1/P2"
The tenant's licence doesn't include that signal. Nothing to fix in Revo.
"The last sync failed"
The pages keep showing the last good data. Check the connection on Customer settings → Integrations, then Sync now.
Integrations
Problem
What to do
GitHub connection shows Needs attention
The token expired, the app was uninstalled or your workspace's app was replaced. Connect again. See Connect GitHub.
ThreatLocker modes are blank
The account may return different field names than expected. Contact support. See Connect ThreatLocker.
Webhook deliveries fail
The endpoint must answer 2xx over HTTPS on a public address. Use Test, and check your signature verification. See Webhooks.
Still stuck?
Open Support in the sidebar to contact Revo support. If support needs to look at your customers'
data, you'll be asked to grant time-limited access (see
How your data is protected).
