Install Revo on your phone or computer
Add Revo to a phone's home screen or a computer's dock, so it opens in its own window like an app.

Revo runs in the browser, and you can install it so it opens in its own window from your home screen, dock or start menu. There's nothing to download from an app store: the installed app is the same Revo you sign in to on the web, and it updates by itself.
iPhone and iPad
- Open Revo in Safari and sign in.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. Revo appears on your home screen with its pink mark.
Android
- Open Revo in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap the menu (⋮), then Install app (or Add to Home screen).
Windows, macOS and Linux
In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right of the address bar (or the menu, then Install Revo). In Safari on macOS, choose File → Add to Dock.
What to expect
- The installed app opens on Overview (all customers). Sign-in, multi-factor authentication and your role work exactly as on the web.
- Ticket lists and tickets fit a phone screen, so you can read, reply, change the status and log time on the move.
- Notifications still arrive by email; the installed app doesn't send push notifications.
