Where contacts come from

SourceHow
ManualAdd contact: email, name, title, phone, and the VIP / executive and Finance flags.
PSAImport from PSA brings in contacts from your connected PSA. Contacts the PSA later disables or retires are skipped by checks and marked Retired in PSA.
Microsoft 365Members with a mailbox on one of the customer's domains are added by the identity sync. Shared mailboxes are included; guests, room and equipment mailboxes and blocked accounts are not.

Revo never duplicates an address. A PSA or hand-entered contact with the same address as a Microsoft 365 user is linked to that user rather than copied, and keeps its own details. Flags you set in Revo (VIP, finance, monitor, external-address authorization) are never changed by a sync.

When someone leaves the tenant, their Microsoft 365 contact is retired from monitoring (shown as No longer in Microsoft 365) and its history kept. Microsoft 365 administrators are marked Microsoft 365 admin.

Exposure checks

Stored work addresses are checked against historical breach sources enabled for your workspace, during assessments and on demand with Check exposure now. For managed customers, Weekly monitoring includes enabled contacts in the weekly exposure monitoring run.
